I am Caroline Reeve-Steel and I am the Pre-school Manager whilst Miss Andrews is on maternity leave. I have worked in early years since 1996 and I hold a CACHE Certificate in Child Care and Education, a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and a Level 3 Diploma in First Line Business Management. I love working in the early years sector, helping the children to settle in and become confident and happy learners as they transition to school and beyond. When I am not at work I enjoy looking after my own children who range from 8 to 15years old.
I am Claire Jackson and I am the Deputy Pre-school Manager whilst Mrs Mackay is on maternity leave. I have worked in Early Years since 2009 and hold Level 6 Early Years Professional Status. I am also a qualified Level 3 Forest School Leader. I love the outdoors and am looking forward to spending lots of time in our fabulous outdoor area. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, going for long walks in the countryside and volunteering as a Scout Leader.
I am Miss Taglietti, or ‘Miss T’ as the children call me, and I am a Pre-school Practitioner. I have worked at OPS since September 2014 and I have a NVQ Level 2 in Childcare I am about to start studying for my Level 3 qualification. At Pre-school, I enjoy getting busy learning outside in the fantastic outdoor area. My two young sons both came to OPS when they were little, and when I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with them, going away on trips and socialising with our friends.
I am Rushell Palmer and I am a Pre-school Practitioner. I have been working in childcare for over 5 years and joined the team here at Pre-school in March 2017. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. I enjoy playing in the role play area and the creative corner. When I’m not at work I enjoy listening to music and going for walks.
Hello my name is Mrs Wilkinson and I am the administration assistant for Oatlands Pre-school. I have worked at OPS since February 2016 and since my role began I’ve been busy organising the office! My daughter Ellie attends Oatlands Pre-school and I have seen her grow into a confident and adventurous little girl, which is a credit to the setting. When I’m not working I enjoy going for walks and baking with Ellie. I also have two teenage sons who love Rugby and we enjoy regularly going to watch matches.
