As we hold sessions both mornings and afternoons for different age groups, we would ask you to adhere to the start and finish times wherever possible. In the event of you arriving early for session, you would be very welcome to wait inside the entrance room with your child. However, staff will be busy setting up the rooms for the session and therefore will be unable to supervise your child. Please try to be prompt at home time as again staff will either be busy setting up for the next session or clearing away for other users.

FEES

As a charity we are a non-profit making organisation and therefore aim to keep fees as low as possible, whilst providing high quality care and education for your child.

We are members of the North Yorkshire Early Years Partnership (NYEYP) and encourage all children in our care to work towards the Early Learning Goals (ELGs) as set down by the DfES.

We accept funding for eligible 3 and 4 year olds. Eligible children are entitled to 15hours of free funded sessions per week. The pre-school will inform you once your child becomes eligible for this funding.

From September 2010 fees will be as follows and are payable termly or half-termly in advance:

Group 1 - (3½ – 4½yrs)
Morning Sessions  – 9.00am – 12.00pm – 3hours – £12.60*

Group 1 – (3½ – 4½yrs)
Afternoon Sessions – 1.00pm – 3.30pm – 2.5 hours  -  £10.50

Group 1 – (3½ – 4½yrs)
Lunch Club (Mon & Wed) 12.00pm – 12.30pm – ½hour  -  £2.10

* Parent/carers using a 2.5 hour funding block will need to pay a fee of £2.10 for their child to attend the morning session

 Group 2 – (2½ – 3½yrs)
Morning Sessions – 9.00am – 12.00pm – 3 hours – £12.60

Group 2 –  (2½ – 3½yrs)
Afternoon Sessions – 1.00pm – 3.30pm – 2.5 hours – £10.50

Fees are reviewed on an annual basis and raised in line with inflation.  Any other changes to fees are fully discussed with the parents/carers of the group and are agreed prior to implementation. Two weeks before the end of term, the Fees Treasurer will inform you of the total for the forthcoming term. If your child is away, fees will still need to be paid as our running costs remain the same. A 10% discount is applicable for twins.

For working parents/carers, we are able to accept Childcare Vouchers which offer tax and national insurance benefits to both employees and employers, please let us know if you would like to arrange payment using this method.

Anyone experiencing difficulties in meeting the fees are invited to speak to the Play Leader or Fees Treasurer to discuss a flexible payment structure.
